Management Team
Mr. Kedar Nath Agrawal
Mr. Kedar Nath Agrawal, the founder Chairman of KSBPL, has vast experience of 36 years in Capital Market . He became a broker–member of CSE (Calcutta Stock Exchange) in the year 1981 through the firm M/s Kedar Nath Agrawal and in a very short span of time he became a common name in the trading circles of Calcutta Stock Exchange. He was also elected as a Board Member of CSE for 1993–1996.
Mr. Navin Agarwal
Mr. Navin Agarwal, Director & CEO of KSBPL joined the family run brokering business, after a four years stint at Price Waterhouse Coopers as a consultant, at the age of 25. He has experience of more than 25 years in trading in Indian Equity Markets. He acquired expertise in technical analysis and Arbitrage trading and heads the prop desk. He is also responsible for new trading ideas and building new algorithm for the prop desk.
Mr. SUNIL KUMAR Agarwal
Mr. Sunil Kumar Agarwal, Director and Principal Officer of the company having experience of more than 25 years in financial market. He looks after the entire day today affairs of the company including RMS, Banking and PMLA.
Mr. SHAILESH KUMAR GUPTA
Mr. Shailesh Kumar Gupta, Compliance Officer of the company having experience of more than 15 years in financial market. He is responsible for all the exchange and regulatory compliances.
